We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our immigration legal team. The Law Clerk will assist attorneys in various legal tasks, contributing to case preparation and supporting the overall functioning of the firm. Duties
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Draft and review legal documents, including various immigration forms, pleadings, and motions.
Assist in document review processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and accuracy.
Maintain organized files and records for ongoing cases, ensuring easy access to information.
Participate in meetings with clients, providing support as needed during consultations.
Be responsible for client invoicing, accounts receivables
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
Strong skills in legal drafting and familiarity with paralegal duties are preferred.
Proficient in conducting research and ability to analyze complex legal issues effectively.
Excellent written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Bi-lingual Spanish, Russian or Romanian preferred
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Prior experience in a legal setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $27.05 – $28.90 per hour
