Job Description
Insurance Defense Paralegal
Immediate need for a strong insurance defense litigation paralegal for respected law firm in Wayne County. Candidate must have experience answering discovery, interrogatories and request for production of documents. Candidate will also be expected to perform the following:
Summarize medical records
Prepare routine motions to compel discovery or extend discovery
Claim file review and red actions
Candidate must have experience with insurance defense, 1st and 3rd party preferred. Candidate must have at least 3 years experience being a billing paralegal and a degree is a plus. Ideal candidate must have excellent written, oral and organizational skills, be proactive and a team player. Compensation is based on experience; full benefit menu offered.
