Duties
:
Manage a caseload from inception through trial and resolution. Conduct legal research and oversee research tasks delegated to paralegals. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and reports. Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings. Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation. Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Strong verbal and written
communication skills
. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced
and high-pressure environment. Commitment to producing high-quality legal work.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Proficient in handling litigation cases from start to finish. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proficient with technology and legal automation tools.
