Core responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, responding to discovery, preparing for and taking depositions, attending court hearings, and managing cases and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Texas
A minimum of 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience
