Qualifications:
Licensed to practice in NJ and PA
Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance defense/insurance coverage
Strong knowledge of insurance law and litigation procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including personal injury, auto accidents, property damage, and commercial liability.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and other team members to achieve favorable outcomes.
