Job Description
Boutique Law Firm with many large corporate clients and a focus on business, construction, commercial, and employment litigation seeks an experienced trial attorney with actual trial and deposition experience. Compensation is negotiable. Clientele a plus. The attorney who owns the practice will be retiring in approximately 18 months. This is a lucrative, excellent opportunity to create a partnership with six attorneys now at the firm.

Familiarity with various legal documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with clients.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
5 plus years of experience (clientele is a plus).
Experience in business litigation including construction and construction defect litigation; employment law litigation, mechanics and material men lien laws.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to abide by office protocols.
Stable work tenure.
Proven ability to get along with others.
Leadership skills.
