Our legal search firm is conducting a debt finance senior associate/counsel search on behalf of our very well regarded New York City full-service 60 lawyer law firm client. The ideal candidate will have at least six to eight years of experience. Substantial experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of debt financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, venture debt, private fund capital call loans, acquisition finance, DIP financings and cross-border note and loan financings is required.
Billable hours threshold is 1600 hours. Base of $250K with additional bonus of $50K
