About the Role
Holzman Law PLLC is seeking an experienced Debt Collector (Payment Solutions Representative) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of debt collection experience (law firm background preferred) and strong communication, negotiation, and compliance skills. You’ll play a key role in helping clients recover outstanding debts while upholding professionalism, legal standards, and our firm’s reputation.

What You’ll Do
- Contact individuals to collect outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA and other regulations.
- Use skip-tracing tools and databases to locate debtors.
- Identify assets for garnishment and execution.
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving debts.
- Collaborate with management and keep them updated on progress.
- Participate in training to stay current on debt collection practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a debt collector (law firm experience a plus).
- Strong skip-tracing, investigative, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe); CLS a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
