Distinguished, 18-attorney civil litigation firm is looking for experienced TEXAS CIVIL LITIGATION ATTORNEYS to join their HOUSTON team (our office is located just West of the Loop near Memorial Park).
Firm handles a wide array of civil litigation, including Plaintiff’s Catastrophic Injury, Trucking & Transportation, Construction, Real Estate, and Small Business / Commercial Litigation.. They will accept attorneys with experience in any Civil Litigation practice area. Criminal Attorneys (PDs or Prosecutors) will be considered too.
WE WILL CONSIDER BRAND NEW “JUST LICENSED” ATTORNEYS AS WELL!
DUTIES: reviewing and analyzing new files / intake, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing written discovery, answering discovery, review and analysis of records / claims files to identify damages and liability issues, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials client phone calls, and regularly preparing comprehensive status reports to the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same.
BENEFITS:
Only 167 billable hours per month are required (2,000 per year is the “goal”)
