About Anderson Injury Lawyers
Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is essential in creating a strong first impression and ensuring an efficient intake process. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for gathering critical information, assessing the viability of cases, and ensuring a smooth transition to legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
Conduct initial client interviews to gather information about the nature of their personal injury cases.
Case Evaluation
Assess the viability of potential cases by gathering relevant details about the incident, injuries, and potential liability.
Work closely with legal teams to provide comprehensive case summaries for evaluation.
Information Gathering
Accurately collect and document client information, including personal and incident-specific details.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of information for case evaluation.
Client Education
Explain legal processes, expected timelines, and firm services to prospective clients.
Address initial inquiries and set appropriate expectations for the legal process.
Appointment Scheduling
Coordinate consultations between potential clients and attorneys.
Manage the calendar to optimize attorney availability and efficiency.
Database Management
Input and maintain accurate client records in the firm’s case management system.
Regularly update client interaction notes to reflect current status.
Follow-up & Lead Management
Perform timely follow-ups to collect additional info or answer client questions.
Monitor and track leads to ensure consistent movement through the intake process.
Qualifications
Prior experience in client intake or customer service (legal environment preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with personal injury law and legal processes is a plus.
Performance Expectations
To thrive in this role, the Intake Specialist is expected to:
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to intake volume, accuracy, and follow-up response time.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
Support the firm’s mission of providing outstanding legal service from the very first contact.
Compensation: $23 Hourly
