- Support the execution of Debt Capital Markets transactions including debt arrangements, syndicated loans, project finance, and structured finance mandates.
- Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, information memorandums, and financial models.
- Conduct financial analysis, market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking to support transaction execution.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, investors, legal advisors, and internal teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Support due diligence processes, documentation review, and transaction structuring activities.
- Prepare credit analysis, debt sizing models, cash flow analysis, and financing scenarios.
- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and developments within Debt Capital Markets to identify opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation and review of term sheets, financing agreements, and transaction documents.
- Participate in client meetings and support relationship management activities.
- Ensure timely execution of transactions while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Support senior team members in originating and executing DCM mandates.
- Maintain internal transaction trackers, pipeline reports, and project updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in DCM, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Syndications, or Project Finance.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Knowledge of debt products, capital markets, and financing structures.
