Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s operations and activities comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
- Organize meetings and prepare reports related to the organization’s compliance with data protection laws in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal departments on PDPA-related matters.
- Prepare, review, update, and control PDPA-related documents, processes, and forms.
- Support PDPA training programs and awareness activities for employees.
- Assess and analyze personal data protection risks and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), internal departments, and external parties as required.
- Monitor updates on new or amended laws and regulations, summarize key implications, and propose practical implementation approaches for the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- At least 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles
- Experience in PDPA and/or GDPR will be an advantage
- A Master’s degree from overseas or Thai Barrister-at-Law qualification is a plus
- Strong communication, proactive mindset, and excellent coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with a continuous learning and self-development mindset
