We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Data Entry Specialist to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:
Transfer various data from electronic formats into a software system
Enter and verify a high volume of blackout/stop-sells with minimal errors
Maintain high data entry productivity with a low error rate
Verify data entry by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Assist with filing when needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Willing to work on site
Familiarity with the hotel and travel industry is preferred
1-2+ years of high volume clerical/data entry experience or relevant positions
Accuracy and efficiency in a high volume, repetitive data entry environment
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong analytical, organizational skills and detail orientation.
Strong prioritization skills in order to meet established deadlines
Must work well independently in a team-oriented environment
Willing to work a flexible schedule if/when needed, including graveyard shifts
