Our client, a Leading Tech Firm, is looking to hire a Data Cleryk
Pay Rate Range: $15-$19, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Review approximately 330 legal documents and extract information for 12 predefined data attributes from each document.
- Identify key document details, including but not limited to:
- Contract Type
- Effective Date
- Other specified legal document attributes
- Accurately enter extracted data into a provided spreadsheet or worksheet.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency while processing documents.
- Consult with the Legal team to clarify questions or resolve ambiguous information.
- Meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with data entry, document review, or administrative support preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
