Our client, a Leading Tech Firm, is looking to hire a Data Cleryk

Pay Rate Range: $15-$19, depending on experience

Responsibilities: 

  • Review approximately 330 legal documents and extract information for 12 predefined data attributes from each document.
  • Identify key document details, including but not limited to:
    • Contract Type
    • Effective Date
    • Other specified legal document attributes
  • Accurately enter extracted data into a provided spreadsheet or worksheet.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency while processing documents.
  • Consult with the Legal team to clarify questions or resolve ambiguous information.
  • Meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.

Requirements: 

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with data entry, document review, or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
