Key Responsibilities

Accurately input data into systems and databases

Maintain and update records with speed and precision

Verify the accuracy of information before entering

Organise digital files and documentation

Perform data cleansing and formatting tasks

Support administrative and back-office functions as needed

Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace

Role Details

Employment Type: Full-Time (up to 38 hours/week) or Part-Time (minimum 15–20 hours/week)
