Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues across our platform.

Manage customer communications through various channels including marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), WhatsApp, and Meta.

Follow provided SOPs for consistent and accurate responses.

Utilise AI chatbot to increase response efficiency & customer satisfaction

Blast Promotion Message to our existing customers

Handle operational tasks such as printing return order waybills

Qualifications

Fast typer, at least 60 WPM

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company protocols and customer service best practices.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Proficiency in both Malay and English, with strong communication skills.

Professional demeanor, especially in handling challenging customer interactions.

Ability to maintain composure and not take customer remarks personally.

Salary Range: RM2k – RM3k depending on the experience and knowledge
