Job Summary
The office of FitzGerald Kreditor Bolduc Risbrough LLP in Irvine, California is looking for a dynamic self-motivated lawyer with 3-5 years of experience with a background in litigation that is eager to step into a very active litigation caseload and grow with the firm’s litigation practice.

Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, legal research, drafting documents such as discovery, motions, briefs, etc., preparing deposition outlines/summaries, and communicating with the clients. Experience in both Federal and State courts is preferred with knowledge of filing requirements and litigation deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently as well as in collaboration with attorneys and support staff and have a positive can-do attitude. We are seeking a candidate with a balanced way of approaching legal issues, and an ability to think critically.
