The Pre-Legal department is looking for a highly motivated and efficient person who can assist the Legal and Sales team with:
– Creating Contracts / MSA
– Support the Legal team in contract review
– Assisting with the Legalising of documentation
– Assisting to answer client onboarding questionnaires
– Translation of documents English to Chinese and vice versa
Skill set:
– Written and verbal in English and Chinese
– Accuracy a must
– Self motivating
– previous work within a sales team or legal environment
