J Sparks Law seeks a Spanish-speaking receptionist to join its growing team. Experience in the field of immigration law is preferred. Complete fluency in Spanish is required, and all job interviews will be conducted in both English and Spanish.
Job duties will include:
Reception by phone and in person
Screening of potential clients
Scheduling and calendar management
Communication with clients.
Salary DOE. Interested applicants should be prepared to submit two cover letters, one in English and one in Spanish, which express the applicant’s interest in this position. The ideal candidate will not only be qualified to perform the required job duties, but also have a genuine interest in working with and helping immigrants.
