Key Responsibilities of our Personal Injury Closing Coordinator
Requesting and securing medical bill and health insurance lien reductions
Generating settlement memos for clients to sign to memorialize the settlement
Communicating with clients in order to get all documents signed to facilitate closing the case
Coordinating with Accounting to make sure cases are closed properly
Gathering, tracking, and recording client data
Preferred Skills and Qualifications of our Personal Injury Closing Coordinator
Bachelor’s degree is required
Candidates must currently live in the DFW area
At least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury is required
Ability to effectively manage tasks and work within deadlines
Professional and friendly demeanor, great attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask
