DM Cantor is hiring a full-time Criminal Defense Attorney to handle a variety of felony and misdemeanor cases. Whether you come from a background as a private practitioner, public defender, or prosecutor – or you’re an out-of-state litigator with trial chops – we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Receive:
Starting Compensation:
From $175,000/year – or more, depending on experience
Bonus Structure:
Average $12,000/year bonus + 20% of fees from personal referrals
Benefits include:
– 30 paid days off annually: 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and 5 personal/sick days
– Loyalty vacation program:
Earn one additional day each year (for five years), and milestone bonuses on major anniversaries

Firm covers 50% of the base plan your first year, and 100% thereafter

What We’re Looking For:
– Arizona criminal law experience preferred (but not required)
– Licensed attorney with courtroom readiness
– Strong jury trial, oral advocacy, and legal writing skills
– High level of preparation, professionalism, and resilience
– No remote work – this is an in-office, litigation-first role
– Cover letter required with resume submission

From $175,000/year + bonuses and referral compensation
