Stay up to date with changes in criminal law, legal precedents, and regulatory updates.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Nevada State Bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 2-3 years of criminal defense experience.
Familiarity with other practice areas such as immigration law, personal injury, or family law is a plus.
Strong litigation experience and legal writing abilities.
