Involved with varied facets of requests for proposal, pricing, financial analysis, program management and subcontracting.
Liaison between contracting officers and company directors
Oversee preparation of proposals and contract negotiations
Negotiate and administer contracts with the government
Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and determine conflict of interest plans
Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies
Advise and recommend pricing, legal requirements, and government regulations
