Compensation: Â $80,000 – $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a variety of criminal defense matters.
Negotiate with prosecutors on behalf of your clients.
Develop case strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Research and organize applicable statutes to craft a defense.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Manage a
diverse
caseload while meeting deadlines and ensuring excellent client
communication
.
Qualifications:
JD degree and active MN law license in good standing.
1+ year of criminal defense or related experience.
Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to be an exceptional colleague/team player.
A client-first mindset with high emotional intelligence.
