Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, or public administration. Proficiency in the Korean language is also required.
Duties
Prepare immigration forms, declarations, cover letters, and supporting documents,
Translate Korean-language civil, legal, and government documents such as family registries, court records, marriage/divorce documents,
Communicate with Korean-speaking clients to gather biographical information and case-relevant documents,
Maintain organized case files and update case management systems,
Conduct legal and factual research related to immigration law as directed by attorneys,
Coordinate with Korean government agencies, schools, and employers to obtain or verify official documentation,
Assist in preparing exhibit packets and filings for submission to USCIS, EOIR, and other government authorities.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
