**Hiring: Criminal Defense & Family Law Paralegal – California**
Busy Law Firm is looking for a sharp, reliable **Criminal Defense & Family Law Paralegal** to join our busy practice in the Solano/Contra Costa/Napa/Yolo/County area.
What You’ll Do
– Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence in criminal and family law matters
– Manage calendars, court deadlines, and case files
– Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and investigators
– Assist with trial preparation, subpoenas, and exhibit organization
– Handle sensitive family law issues (custody, DV, support) with discretion and professionalism
– Support attorneys in both criminal defense and family law cases day-to-day
What We’re Looking For
– Strong experience in **California criminal defense and/or family law** (preferred)
– Excellent writing, organization, and time-management skills
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
– Professional, discreet, and client-focused
– Familiarity with California courts (Solano, Contra Costa, and surrounding counties a plus)
– Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
