What You’ll Do:
Defend clients in a wide range of motor crime cases, including Death by Dangerous/Careless driving, causing serious injury by careless driving, drink driving and more
Manage cases from the early investigative stages through to conclusion before the Criminal Courts
Work closely with clients nationally, providing top-notch legal representation
Engage in business development and build relationships with insurers, corporate clients and other stakeholders
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the growth of the Regulatory Crime Department
What We’re Looking For:
Familiarity with the Criminal Justice System (England & Wales) and a strong understanding of motoring offences and available defences
Willingness to travel across England and Wales to support clients, with a full driving licence
A passion for tackling complex legal issues and expanding your knowledge
Excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering a highly professional service to clients
All levels of PQE and backgrounds (NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive) are welcome to apply.
