Conduct depositions of plaintiffs and expert witnesses, preparing strategies to dispute causation in bodily injury lawsuits.
Advise insurers on regulatory compliance, responding to NJ Department of Banking and Insurance inquiries to mitigate risks of enforcement actions.
Prepare for trial by drafting pre-trial briefs and witness outlines, collaborating with senior partners on defense strategies in high-exposure cases.
