Role – Insurance Coverage Associate
• Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses, as well as trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze statutes, case law, regulations, and other legal materials to support case strategy.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, advocating on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and clients, seeking to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting client interests.

• Salary up to $200k depending on experience + Bonus
