Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our growing team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling insurance coverage matters, including advising clients, drafting coverage opinions, and litigating coverage disputes.
Responsibilities
Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage evaluations for commercial and personal lines of insurance.
Draft clear and concise coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and position letters.
Handle litigation involving coverage disputes, including motions, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for resolving complex insurance matters.
Stay current on legal trends and developments in insurance coverage law.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in Texas.
Minimum of 3 years of insurance coverage experience, including litigation.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
