Court Services Supervisor 2 – Civil Division Jobs in Mount Holly, NJ at New Jersey Courts
Percy Law Group is looking for an attorney to join our ever-growing and thriving team in the following practice areas: Estate Planning/Probate/Elder Law (preparing customized estate plans, asset preservation, estate administration, business succession).
Please know we are focused on maintaining an excellent working environment for all our people and that our attorney compensation packages have two components: salary and a percentage of fees your originated clients pay (regardless of whether you personally perform the legal services or not). We are looking for a team player with at least two years of experience who is self-motivated and ready to prosper in a busy environment while making their mark in the practice of law. This is an ideal opportunity to join and play a key, hands-on, role in the evolution of this firm, working directly with clients, growing your practice, and handling important matters in a dynamic practice group. You won’t be doing this alone; we have a strong, committed (and fun!) team, proven processes, and tons of support for your vital role in our organization.

Candidates must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills and judgment, must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and must be highly motivated with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Working with a senior estate planner learning our estate planning and documentation processes and systems
Directly interact with clients to help them identify their needs/goals and how you/we are their best resource to achieve those goals
Business development (building strategic partnerships with other professionals through networking, collaboration, seminar presentations)
Qualifications:
A passion for working with and helping clients achieve their identified goals while developing long term relationships
An empathetic understanding of a client’s situation and how they can benefit from a legal team that truly cares about their well being
Admitted to practice in MA (RI also is preferable)
2 + years’ experience
Desire to work hard and reap the resulting rewards
Ability to work in a legal team atmosphere, multi-task and manage various types of legal issues
Willingness and ability to learn, grow and evolve
