Overview
The Receptionist, Video Reviewer, and Administrative Coordinator will greet guests to the Pearland office, assist Claims in reviewing video requested by law enforcement, and assist staff in the office with administrative duties.

The essential job duties include, but are not limited to:
Act as a courier/runner for various tasks including, but not limited to travel to and from other offices for hand delivery of time-sensitive documents and checks
Assist the Legal Department in reviewing surveillance video as needed by Claims Department, drafting simple written notes, and summarizing observations based on review of surveillance video
Greet visitors at the Pearland office arriving for interviews, vendor appointments, and communicate with designated departments, ensure the guest(s) remain in the front vestibule until appropriate contact has been made
Assist in maintaining corporate FedEx account including travel to and from FedEx locations to drop off time-sensitive documents and packages for shipping. This may also include assisting employees in the preparation of documents and packages for shipment;
Act as mail person for the office including sorting and delivering incoming mail and packages to the appropriate person within the Pearland Office
Maintain, place orders, and deliver essential office supplies to all employees within the Pearland Office
Maintain, place orders, and restock all kitchen supplies within the Pearland Office
Display professionalism in communication with internal and external partners
Perform general clerical duties as needed, which may include maintaining files, completing reports, performing data entry, or related tasks
It is an essential function of this job for the employee to work in office/in the employee’s assigned work site. No remote work is available
Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
High school diploma
No legal experience required
Must have a valid driver’s license
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
