Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits attorney/Corporate Attorney to join its team in one of its New York offices, with remote work arrangements available depending on individual circumstances. The firm is looking for a candidate with 4–10 years of experience in Employee Benefits law.
Key Qualifications:
4–10 years of experience in Employee Benefits law
In-depth knowledge of ERISA, and experience with retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
Strong understanding of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong academic credentials
Client-focused with high initiative
