Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Social Security Administration. This role requires excellent legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. The Attorney will work collaboratively within a law office environment to provide high-quality legal services.
Duties
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings while advocating for their best interests.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters pertaining to Social Security and Social Security Disability.
Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with legal administrative standards.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure efficient case management and client service.
Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in legal drafting .
Experience in Social Security and Social Security Disability is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
