Summary
As a Process Server at CCS, you will play a vital role in our operations by delivering legal documents efficiently and accurately. This position is essential to maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve legal documents to individuals in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all served documents and client interactions.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates and requirements using ServeManager App/website
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to process serving.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for document delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience in courier services or process serving is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus.
Must be 18+ years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and in various neighborhoods
Tech-savvy with smartphone use for documentation and GPS tracking
