Job Summary
Do you enjoy working closely with clients and helping them navigate important legal processes? Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Estate Plan Funding Coordinator to join our team and support clients through the trust funding process.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and financial institutions, ensuring that all necessary documentation is gathered and processed accurately. You’ll play a key part in helping clients implement their estate plans and feel confident about their future.
Duties
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the trust funding process
Review trust documents and determine funding requirements
Prepare detailed asset reports and submit instructions to financial institutions
Collaborate with banks and advisors to obtain necessary documentation
Track progress, maintain accurate records, and update legal teams
Witness document signings and ensure timely completion of funding steps.
Experience
Background in finance, accounting, or law (estate planning experience preferred)
Strong understanding of legal terminology and trust documents
Exceptional communication and client service skills
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
