Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputy ships, trusts and complex financial arrangements
Preparing and submitting Court of Protection applications for benefits, insurance claims and financial matters
Acting for individuals with complex acquired brain injuries, ensuring their financial and welfare needs are fully met
Handling high-value damages award cases (experience in this area is desirable but not essential)
Who We’re Looking For
Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Court of Protection Law
Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage complex and sensitive cases
A client-focused approach, with the ability to support vulnerable individuals and their families
