Court of Protection Paralegal – Wilmslow – Permanent – up to £35,000 DOE
We are working with a prestigious and well established firm based in Wilmslow who are seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal to join their small and
dynamic
team. This is a full time role based Monday – Friday.
Duties include:
– Responding to initial enquiries
– Sending out correspondence and documents to clients
– File opening administration
– Visiting client and liaising with relevant third parties
– Data inputting i.e. bank statements and ensuring records are kept up to date
– Completing applications and supporting clients through this
– General admin support to the wider team when needed
The successful candidate will have experience in Property and Affairs, will have a good understanding on Court of Protection matters and a positive can do attitude.
