Who You Are
You’re a trial-ready associate with at least three years of civil litigation experience and a strong interest in the courtroom. You’ve handled depositions, drafted dispositive motions, and supported senior trial counsel at key moments—and now you’re ready to take the lead on your own cases. You’re driven, collaborative, and excited by the idea of growing your trial skills in a high-stakes, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do
Handle cases from inception through trial with increasing levels of independence
Draft pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial motions in complex civil cases
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Appear in court for law and motion hearings, case management conferences, and trial
Work closely with senior trial attorneys on trial strategy and execution
Contribute to a growing team and help build the firm’s culture from the ground up
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or complex torts
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Trial experience or significant trial support preferred
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for litigation
Eagerness to learn, lead, and grow within a fast-moving, trial-focused firm
