As one of our Associate Attorneys, you will bring analytical rigor and initiative to a role that balances structured case management with dynamic litigation.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking highly analytical, assertive, and proactive Associate Attorneys to join our Omaha and Lincoln teams. This role requires a unique blend of structured precision and independent initiative, making it ideal for an attorney who thrives in both methodical case management and fast-moving litigation.

In This Role, You Will:

Employ your skills to efficiently manage and maintain cases from intake to resolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Nebraska law.
Draw on your critical thinking and adaptability when developing strategic legal approaches for family law litigation, probate, and estate planning cases.
Your ability to navigate shifting priorities and high-pressure situations will be used when responding quickly and effectively to changing case demands.
Channel your attention to detail by engaging in high-level problem-solving.
Apply your structured approach and reliability to deliver legal services that foster trust sand long-term client loyalty.

Qualifications:

· An active status with the Nebraska State Bar.

· Proficiency with Nebraska standards for family law, estate planning, and probate.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

· Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

· Direct and straightforward communication combined with assertiveness and initiative.

· Adaptability in a fast-moving, high-stakes legal environment.
