Boutique complex commercial litigation & construction litigation law firm is looking to hire an experienced FLORIDA Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their BOCA RATON team [HYBRID REMOTE].
***IDEAL Candidates have 3+ years experience in 1 or more of these areas: Complex Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Creditor’s Rights, Commercial Real Estate, Labor & Employment Litigation, Business Disputes, Partnership Disputes, and/or Contract Litigation***
Candidates with CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION experience would be given preference.
SALARY: $120,000 to $175,000 (depending on experience, job longevity and academics). If you have a portable book of business, compensation could be higher and will be negotiable based on value of your book.
DUTIES: drafting pleadings, motions, issuing written discovery, answering discovery, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials, and regularly preparing updates for the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same. Should have experience with complex business litigation lawsuits. We prefer candidates who have experience with billable hours. Must be able to conduct legal research and draft intelligent legal memos and briefs on a variety of commercial litigation issues.
