The Role

We are seeking a Chief Traffic Law Attorney to play a key role in our national expansion strategy. This executive-level position requires a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in traffic law, whether as a public defender, prosecutor in major courts, or a defense attorney in significant jurisdictions. The role is fully remote and focuses on overseeing our legal operations as we expand nationally, collaborating closely with our development team to scale our automation and operations through innovative workflow integration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically lead the national expansion of our legal operations, ensuring high-quality legal representation across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborate with our technology development team to integrate and refine legal workflows into our platform, enhancing automation and operational efficiency.
Oversee the development and implementation of scalable legal processes and practices to support growth in new markets.
Manage a team of attorneys, providing leadership and direction as they handle traffic cases across the country.
Conduct high-level legal research and provide strategic guidance on traffic law cases to ensure compliance and maximize efficiency.
Maintain robust communication with courts and prosecutors nationwide to stay informed of legal developments and ensure our operations adapt to procedural changes.
Drive the enhancement of case management workflows to improve interactions between attorneys, courts, and clients.
Mentor and develop junior attorneys and staff, fostering a team that is capable of supporting our expansion efforts.
Stay informed about traffic law trends and advancements in legal technology to continually upgrade our service offerings.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active law license in any U.S. state.
At least two years of substantial experience in a significant role such as a public defender, prosecutor, or defense attorney specializing in traffic law.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and scaling legal operations in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee a high volume of cases efficiently while maintaining quality.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively leading a remote team and interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.
