In this role, you will support attorneys and paralegals and case managers with assisting in answering phone calls, office administrative tasks, client communications, case management, and record collection. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize cloud based case files and legal documents
Prepare correspondence, legal forms, and reports
request records in support of legal staff
Answer phones and greet clients at the front desk as needed
Assist with data entry in Case Management System
Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and mailing
Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day administrative needs
Qualifications:
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
