As the assistant general counsel product design, you’ll support our commercial auto business and manage a team of state attorneys. You’ll work closely with the commercial auto research & development team and product managers. Your team covers the design implementation and maintenance of our commercial auto-related products including commercial auto cargo general liability Department of Transportation model and small and medium fleet trucking. In this role you’ll handle national-level product work and model upgrades while leading a team of attorneys charged with state-level product design.
Must have qualifications
Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) and a minimum of 8 years of post-degree legal practice experience.
Active license to practice law in at least one state; active or corporate license in state where working (or eligible to be)
Preferred Skills
Experience with auto product design
Commercial lines or personal lines experience
Demonstrated leadership experience (people management and/or project management)
Compensation
$141,100 – $201,500/year
Gainshare bonus up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
Participation in our restricted stock units plan
