What You’ll Be Doing:
ï‚· Handling complex commercial disputes and white-collar criminal defense with significant responsibilities.
ï‚· Engaging in key litigation activities like trials, depositions, and witness preparation.
ï‚· Working on impactful cases, including:
Healthcare Enforcement Defense (Medicare/Medicaid fraud)
Government and White-Collar Investigations
OFAC Sanctions Consulting
Bet-the-company business disputes
National and International Commercial Litigation
Experience: 2–5 years in litigation with a strong interest in complex civil and criminal cases.
Education: Top-tier academic credentials.
Clerkship: Federal clerkship experience preferred.
Skills: Exceptional writing and attention to detail.
Traits: Independent thinker, willingness to take ownership over cases and work product, and committed to professional growth.
