What We’re Looking For:
Attorneys of all experience levels who are eager to make a difference in the field of labor and employment law.
A strong work ethic and a passion for advocating for employees’ rights.
The ambition to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, ready to take on cases that demand attention to detail and excellent litigation skills.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in wage and hour class action cases, including researching, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Assist in case preparation and trial strategy, including discovery, witness preparation, and depositions.
Conduct legal research and analysis of employment law issues, particularly focusing on wage and hour disputes.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to strategize and advocate for fair and just outcomes.
Manage a caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritizing cases as needed.
Stay up to date with relevant legal developments and case law to ensure the best possible representation of clients.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts professionally and effectively.
Participate in settlement negotiations and provide strategic input on case resolution.
