Overview
We are a law firm located in Mount Prospect seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.
The ideal candidate will be trained by an attorney who has practiced in very complex areas of real estate. The candidate will have material input to files and will help with day to day operations, and will also help with preparing evictions, wills and trusts
The Attorney will work closely with paralegals to provide exceptional legal services to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Duties
Draft and review legal documents, including attorney review notices, inspection reports, title commitments, contracts, and master statements.
Provide legal advice to clients regarding real estate, eviction and estate planning .
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Collaborate with senior attorney on complex real estate and estate matters and contribute to case strategy development.
Maintain organized case files and documentation for all client matters.
Requirements
License to practice law in IL
Strong knowledge of and a few years of experience in real estate is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
