Job description
Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a highly motivated individual for a full-time Assistant position in the Negotiations Department of our Alameda office.
This is NOT a remote work position.
This fast-paced position requires knowledge in personal injury and experience in auto claims, health insurances, verifying balances, medical records and billing review, data entry, and answering a high volume of calls. The right candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be mathematically competent, detail oriented, and tech savvy, and able to work well independently and as a team player. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word Perfect is required. Collections experience preferred. Bilingual a plus.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
