You are an accomplished recruitment leader with experience leading a multi-disciplinary white collar recruitment business with full commercial accountability. You combine strong commercial acumen with inspirational leadership. You are passionate about clients, developing high-performing teams and building sustainable, profitable growth. You have a proven track record of scaling recruitment teams or businesses and a stable, progressive career history.
