Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law and a passion for advocating for clients in need.
Duties
Litigate on behalf of clients in various legal proceedings
Write legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and analysis using resources such as Westlaw
Assist with estate planning, patent law, securities law, and personal injury cases
Handle legal administrative tasks to support case preparation and court filings
Experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to the state bar
Strong background in Criminal law, estate planning, Business and Real Estate
Knowledge of patent law, securities law, and tribal law regulations is a plus
Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Westlaw
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $79,089.00 – $88,369.00 per year
