The Wallace Firm, P.C. (WAL|LAW) is looking for an associate attorney to add to its busy and growing practice. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and must also be self-driven. The candidate will be asked to manage his/her own caseload and will be given resources and supervision to be successful. Some additional skills we are looking for is as follows:
Willingness to meet personally with clients
Ability to handle a high caseload
Admittance to the bar requirements in the region of jurisdiction
Experience or expertise in a specific branch of law
Commitment to abiding by the set laws and behaving ethically
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Excellent public speaking skills
Adaptability and attention to detail
Ability to work on a case independently
Ability to work with a team of attorneys to develop strategies for a case
Ability to communicate in writing and verbally effectively
The compenstion structure includes bonus pay based on gross receivables.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
